I don't know if it's weird to leave a message here in Chinese, but in order to let more Chinese users to find this software, I still use Chinese to write a little comment.

I have to say it is awesome! I have recommended this software to all my colleagues! It is a tool witch real could improve work efficiency,I think employers would like to see his employees use such a tool...(laugh...puff...)

我不得不说这个软件实在是太赞了,我已经向我的所有同事推荐了这款软件,这真的是一个提高工作效率的工具。

Deskpins not working for me in Win 10. Same problem as Kira Sekulow. It installed fine, can get into pin mode, but the pin doesn't stick nor keep the window on top.

AutoPins does work under Windows 7 x64. If you are having issues with the program, make sure you are using version 1.30 first, then the Compatibility tab check the Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP ( Service Pack 3) and then under the Previlege Level, check the Run this program as an administrator.

Also, if you are installing this software under a "user" account instead of an "Administrator" account, then YES you will run into problems installing and running this program. We have been using this program for over a year under Windows 7 x64 without Any issues.

I had deskpins in Windows XP, like it a lot, but now it doesn't work in Windows 7 ?

In XP, I would click on the icon in the Taskbar and drag it to the top bar of the window I want to pin on top.

In Windows 7 :

If I click on the icon in the Taskbar, I get an error window that says
"Deskpins is already running"

If I click-drag on the icon in the Taskbar, I can't drag it. Instead, I get a small window that lists two options :
Deskpins
Unpin this program from the taskbar

If I select "Deskpins" within this small window, I then get an error window that says
"Deskpins is already running"

In no case does the pin icon appear on the window I want to pin on top as I am accustomed from XP. (I am trying to do it with an Excel spreadsheet). And, in fact, the window is not pinned on top, it disappears behind if I open another program.

Anyone know how to fix this ?

Thanks

It simply works without problems and does one useful function of keeping a window or numerous windows on top of other windows.
